What we do

Slab Leak Phoenix finds and fixes leaks in the water and drain lines under concrete slab foundations: leak detection, spot repairs through the floor, reroutes through the walls and attic, whole-house repipes, main water lines and under-slab drains. Why it matters here

Nearly every house in the Valley is built on a slab, and many from the 1970s to the 1990s have copper supply lines running beneath it. Hard water wears that pipe from the inside, and soil that shifts and heats up works on it from the outside. When a line fails under the floor, the only sign may be a warm spot on the tile or a higher bill.
